Do I need to replace my accounting system?

No. Techficient Pay explicitly does not behave like an accounting system. Your ERP stays authoritative — we sit between it and Stripe.

Which ERPs are supported?

We have first-class connectors for Intact iQ and Sage, and a webhook-based integration for anything that can raise an invoice and accept a callback.

Whose Stripe account is used?

Each of your tenants has their own Stripe Connect account. Funds settle directly to them; we never hold merchant money.

Can we take subscriptions?

Yes. Save a card on file and collect on a schedule that matches the invoicing pattern in your ERP.

How is this different from just using Stripe directly?

Stripe does not know about your invoices, customers, or ledger. Techficient Pay does — so reconciliation, refunds, and reporting all speak the language of your ERP.
